fix laptop wont access the inernet

Laptop shows it is connected to Wi-Fi . when open interest explorer get message " can't open this page". When using chrome get message "reload" clicked n reload, thing happns

Try restarting the router by unplugging it and plugging it back in, then wait for it to sync.

If that makes no difference, try a router "reset" instead which sets all router variables back to their defaults. There should be a small hole on the back of the router. Straighten out a paper-clip and push it into that small hole for five to ten seconds.
