Flickering odd black shapes during furmark and tessmark

I have a GT70 2pc Dominator 895us.
I7- 4810mq
Geforce gtx870m
16gb ram


I'm experiencing flickering on the 3d area using my gpu. But when i use stock intel hd graphics, it runs ok. But when i switch to my gtx870m, odd black shape starts to flicker around the 3d area being displayed.

I have tried to reinstall drivers, complete wipe of driver then reinstall.
tried it on windows 8.1 pro and windows 7 ultimate still the same.
rolledback to old drivers still the same.
