Fn + numlk isn't helping for unlocking fn function anything else which can be done

I have acer one d255e n somehow if i press any letter it come out to be a number later i found that fn key has been enabled . Now i have no clue about how to disable it ... I have tried pressing fn and f11 ( numlk) i didn't help.
