Forgot login to minecraft pocket edition

My son wanted to use an app for changing his Minecraft PE character's skin but when we try to add it, it asks us to login again...and we cannot remember his username email or password! Have tried clicking the "forgot username" and "forgot password" and I either get a message telling me that the email isn't recognized, or I never receive a reminder email!

I have no idea what to do, can anyone help or give advice on where to find help?
