What exactly are you trying to do?

You should have used the Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator program to create your own Recover Disk when you first received your laptop.

Typically all laptops have a hidden partition with the Operating System on it. It there in case you want or need to re-install the OS.

Your manual should tell you how to re-install Win 7 on your laptop.
