Free toshiba recovery download for L750-09K

I need to download recovery disc or cd for toshiba L750-09K with windows 7 home premium( came with it). Im getting annoyed my laptop is only 2 weeks old and its crashed already and i dont know why

legally, you won't be able to download such thing.

you can contact toshiba for tech support if the laptop is new, it's still on warranty.

as far as recovery disks, you're supposed to make your own when you first start up the computer if the disks weren't sent to you toghether with the computer.

Alternatively there could be a recovery partition on your HDD

when i turn the laptop on i have to push f12 and from there the sreen it blak with Atheros PCIE ethernet controller v2.2.3(05.18.10)
Check cable connection!
