Solved! Freebuds 3 microphone dont work

I recently bought the huawei freebuds 3 and everything is working great with one exception, the microphone dont work.
I have huawei p30 does any one have a way of fixing it ?

Make sure it's plugged in all the way, test with another phone. If it does not work on any device, get them exchanged.
