I own a Galaxy S7 Edge for 5 years now. Just this morning I've unplugged it from the power outlet and realized it wouldn't respond. The screen was off, however, the led in the screen was lit green, which meant it's recharging, when it is not. I've tried unlocking it, forcing reset by holding the power button only and the power button plus the down volume key, but I doesn't work. Apparently, I can't receive any calls or notifications.

If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.

May be able to get to booted by unplugging the battery for a bit, but since all the newer phones are sealed, you would need to get the case opened to do that.

Thanks for the reply! I settled my mind about taking it to a technician. I guess 5 years is a little too much for any phone to handle...
