So this weekend my new puppy chewed my charging wire as my phone was charging. She was under the bed when she was doing it so I didn't even know but I heard my phone beep and I looked at it and it had a red lightning bolt (i think, saw it from across the room) on the screen then it shut down. I repowered the phone and it had 86% and I was able to use the phone no problem but I could not get it to charge with a new cord or even on a charging pad that works for my wifes S10. Does anyone have a clue what could be the issue? Thanks!
i guess i should have said this already but i did do all of this and nothing has changed...i searched all the threads when it came to not charging and i got nothing to work. i assume it has something to do with a hardware device inside that deals with both wireless and wired charging but since i am not a cell phone tech junky i am not sure what the part would be called.
