Hi,

This is my problem. Looks very simple right? Maybe the solution is just the charger is not suitable with the phone or I am charging my phone on the tv usb port. But actually not.

My Problem : When I connect my tablet to the charger (Original Samsung Charger) , the battery with red X appear on the top right screen (means it is charging slowly).
When I connect my tablet to PC or OTG, no respond.

I have tried many ways to solve this problem but still going the same.
1. I tried to go to setting > Developer Option > Revoke USB. UNSOLVED
2. Reset all settings. UNSOLVED
3, Enter to Safe mode. UNSOLVED
4. Wipe cache. UNSOLVED.
5. Reset factory.UNSOLVED (Felt regret after I done this) :??:
6. Ask the Samsung Center. UNSOLVED
7. Install Samsung USB connector, UNSOLVED

So, I really need someone to help me to solve my problem. Please share your ideas so I can try it on my tablet as long as it does not make my tablet explodes. Thank you.

You did a Factory Reset or a Hard Reset? Wondering as the first doesn't wipe everything, the second usually does. The instructions for the second are below. If it was not what you tried, I would try it.

Also, have you tried doing virus and malware checks on the tablet?

NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your tablet, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the device.

Be sure you back up any data you want to keep, to a computer or cloud account, before doing the reset.

To "Hard Reset" the tablet...

1. Make sure that the tablet is actually powered off.

2. Remove your SD card, if there is one in the device.

3. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up"...

9. If you took your SD card out in step 2, when the device is up and running again, reinsert the SD card.
