Games not starting - Memory freeze

Hi there, I have a problem with some of my games : they don't start.

Games : FaceRig, The Sims 4

Problem : I launch them with the .exe (which is the good one of course), admin or not it doesn't change anything, and in process manager, they are stuck in memory at around 20k for facerig and 40k for the sims 4. After 10-20s they disappear. The game never starts.

Pilots : I have a HD Radeon 6650M, with the latest pilots. Same for directX and vcredist. This is a laptop by the way running windows 7 64bits.

Remark : if I launch facerig from the .rar (it's a portable version), the game works fine. But if I launch after the extraction, it freezes in the memory.

EDIT: for The Sims 4, I solved the problem by installing both vcredist x86 and x64 (I only had the good x64 one apparently). But FaceRig is still not working (unless I use the .rar)

Where did you purchase the games from?
