Getting preformance drops/overheating problem. More said in the thread.

Hey everyone. I bought an ASUS K53SV laptop about a year ago. It used to run fine at the beginning, but I have 2 issues that need to be solved out:

1.) I have an Akasa Everest laptop cooler. The best one i could find at my local computer store, but the laptop still overheats itself. HEAVILY.
It overheats itself where sound in the game can no longer be played. It just cracks.
I have another problem with the cooler: When I plug it into the laptop, a buzzing sound which can be heard from speakers or headphones starts to play.
I've tried it like 100x times and i'm sure it's the cooler's fault for the buzzing sound.

2.) Lately. For the past 6-8 months i've been getting huge preformance drops. For example:
The game League of Legends: It used to run with about 150-200 Fps. Now it runs with barely 40 on Very Low.
This is happening with every game.
Huge Fps drops in general, usually to the point where the game is unplayable. I don't want to open the laptop, because I read it voids warranty. What else can I do? I vacuumed (not sure if I spelled that right :/) the laptop's vents,
but it doesn't work.

If anyone could provide a solution to any of these problems, I'd be really happy.

It's probably going to have to go to Asus for service. A year's worth of dust - among other things - CAN result in the performance drop you're describing. It just depends on what has accumulated in the fans and heat sinks.

It's possible that the paste has worn out (sometimes a shoddy job is done from the production line).

Have it replaced under warranty while you still have it. One year worth of dust (unless you live in the desert) is not going to result in the performance drop from heat you are describing.

Personally, only take apart a laptop if there were no warranty to void/nothing to lose.
