Glitches with Acer Aspire One D257.

Hello there persons. So, I got this Acer Netbook for Christmas and I am beginning to become infuriated. When I am listening to music the music glitches and goes all whacky. Not only that, but whenever there is audio and I'm doing something online the whole computer slows down and glitches. It runs Windows 7 starter.

Not only that, but whenever there is audio and I'm doing something online the whole computer slows down and glitches. It runs Windows 7 starter.

I also have the exact same problem. My Acer Aspire 5560 Laptop has a glitching problem, I will be listening to music on itunes and it will lag and glitch and make a glitched noise and slow down everything for like 2 seconds. It's really pissing me off but I don't know what to do about it.
