Global Windows 7 audio controller?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is software to Globably controll audio settings.
Eg:
Bass,
Trebble
Voice,
I have realteks default software but its kinda outdated and doesn't really provide customers with a full range of adjustment. Ofcourse theres the graphical EQ but you dont really have freedom as sound qualitty drops the moment you start adjusting it.

IDK if this is the right section for this type of question.

"Bass", "Treble", "Voice" - that exactly what graphical equalizers do.
What do you mean by "Outdated"? What you need which is not provided?

might have descrived it a bit weird. I mean i used to have a laptop withbuild in Maxx audio. This came with software that alouwed me to boost the Bass enc.
