good digital video camera around 100 bucks

Hi all! I hope this section includes video cameras. I am looking for a good video camera (I only need video, I have no interest in taking pictures) that costs around 100 bucks. It will mainly stay still on a tripod and is for recording very basic stuff like vlogs. I don't know anything about video cameras, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
