Leave Skype alone... it became bad enough since the last good version (3.8)! If Facebook or Google get involved, things are gonna get even worse... Skype will keep offering us to find more friends or to install useless apps for answering questions about each other

Interesting news, maybe Facebook is the most potential buyer of Skype.

I would be glad if there was more cooperation between different IM and VoIP providers, but in no way if the price (for the consumer) is less competition and more control of one big corporation over the service.

No. Don't taint a good company with corporate greed. Google and facebook cannot possibly make Skype better.
