Solved! Google Chrome is taking forever to load

So 3 Days ago I Factory rested my pc and I installed google chrome and it took way longer then usually to load (it took 8mins to load on to the welcome page) So uninstalled it and reinstalled it hoping it would work. Even in Incognito Mode. its still slow
During the research I found and executed several suggestions including:

1. clearing the cached data
2. resetting to default
3. unchecking the "use hardware acceleration"
4. Downloading and running the Chrome Cleanup Tool (which found nothing)

What was the reason for the factory reset on your PC?

On your system use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe what is happening while Chrome is starting or running.

The reason I rested my pc was because I got a virus from a file I download but before that google chrome was working fine but since I rested my pc only has it been taking long to load, even Microsoft Edge is a little slow too.

System

Motherboard: ASUS 970 PRO GAMING/AURA

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo)

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB

SSD: WD Blue 500GB

GPU:GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050

PSU: Rosewill PHOTON Series 750W

Extra: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

OS: Windows 10 home

Take a look in Task Manager and select the Startup tab.

Do you see anything being launched that you did not setup or do not recognize otherwise?

Look at the Processes being run. You can click the column headers to sort.

Could be that your system is trying to do some updates, AV scans, or backups in the background....

Two parts to discover: 1) what resource is being consumed, and 2) what application, etc., is using up that resource.

Keep in mind that it may be some combination of things not playing well together...

Don't reset your PC , try avast antivirus. i faced the same problem and avast antivirus cleared all the temporary files, cache and bad links from PC. i hope it will work for you too.

nothing looks out of the ordinary

Try Resource Monitor.

Boot as normal - observe.

Disable Chrome from Startup. Reboot and again look at/watch Resource Monitor.
