Google Chrome - Third Party Extensions Error

Suddenly, my Google Chrome became unable to show site security verification tag before URL and downloading was also stopped and the error was "A third-party extension is not allowing to show this webpage", and when I go to disable it, setting tab is closed. Then I run Google Chrome Setup again without uninstalling the older one, then it started working properly again
Now, tell me how can I get back all my favorites (bookmarks)?
As I didn't uninstall the older one, and run setup on it again.

Install and run Avast (free version) and Malwarebytes (free version)

as soon as you log with your google account you should get your bookmarks, passwords and extentions recovered. Atleast that works everytime and everywhere for me
