Google dashboard help

Google dashboard shoes 3 devices using my google account. I am aware of 2 cellphones but I dont know what this LG K8 is. It shows last synced yesturday. When i click review devices it DOES NOT give me the option to remove this device, however I can remove the 2 other cell phones. What does this mean?

Contact Google directly about it. Then change your account info, password, recover options, etc. You may have had your account hacked and it is better for you to change all that yourself, before someone else changes it all on you. Which could have already been done.
