Actually, many countries are drafting/passing laws that amount to the internet being a basic human right. And I know the first cries are going to be SOCIALISM OH NOES if that law was on the bench here, but if you look at them case by case you'll see a pattern...the pattern that free government internet is extremely fast and that the rest of the world is better at implementing Net Neutrality than we are.
