Graphics card failure

my graphics card is nearly dead, i have a lot of bsod lately so i've decided to buy a new one. (always this code: 0x00000116)

i think it's the perfect time to upgrade.
but i wonder if a new and better one is compatible with my laptop.

now i have a nvidia geforce gtx675m

i would like to have a better one, don't know which one.
i use autocad and photoshop a lot, also i game on this pc (such as COD, GTA, ...) so i dont know if i should take a geforce or a quadro card.
i am planning to use multiple screens.

any suggestions and any idea about the compatibility?

You are one of the lucky few (count on one hand) in this forum to which I can say, yes you can replace the GPU in your laptop. However, it will be expensive.

Your GTX 675m is on a board that plugs into a MXM port that is specifically for laptop GPUs. Most laptop have GPUs soldered into the motherboard. However, these MXM graphic cards are not sold directly to consumers, you will need to rely on eBay to get one.
