Gt 630m core clock boost

Hello, i have the Lenovo G780 and the 630m shows that it is suppose to boost to 800mhz when under load, but when i monitor the performance it doesnt go above 660mhz. plus it wont ever let me overclock the core clock manually help!

i5-3210m
4gb ddr3 1333mhz
500gb hdd 5400rpm
gt 630m

look on the link in the OP and also i cant even overclock the core past 660mhz but i can OC the memorey fine.
