A 1.9GHz i5 would likely be either a i5-3437U or i5-4300U for ~2013?

The minimum requirements for GTAV on a CPU front is a Q6600, a desktop quad-core from 2007.

So, on a CPU front, I don't see why it wouldn't work.


The memory is going to be a concern though. OS overhead (depending on the OS) will be 1-2GB minimum. Doesn't leave anything really for the game.
Absolute minimum, as per GTAV requirements is 4GB.


Would it "run"? Yeah, more than likely.
Will it be enjoyable? Doubtful.
