So, you lost about 2lb a week for an entire year? That is certainly impressive, unfortunately that requires an amount of self control and exercise that is rarely seen these days. It's funny to...I see people, KNOW people that are self conscious when it comes down to their thoughts on their weight...but there they are, eating an entire one pound serving of Ben and jerry's ice cream like its nothing. Which is why I have no sympathy for *most* overweight people. You reap what you sow, simple.
