Hard Drive Issue

I'm trying to do a factory restore on my Gateway NV53 Laptop and I get an error message that says, Hard Drive configuration is not set to factory default. Restore Aborted. How can I get that fixed?

Have you done anything to the drive in the past? Were you trying to restore it via the backup partition or a CD?

First do a disk cleanup then do disk defragmentation then try aqain if it dont work then cheak out disk formatting softwares
