Hard facory reset Nextbook

My daughter put a lock screen on her tablet but never set it up and deleted the app. But it's still there and she never made the pattern draw. I can't get into it. Ive tried the steps on here already of power volume up but I always go to boot manager. It's a next book. What am I missing?
