Hardware for dvd connector

I bought a C70-C1 laptop I thought it came with a dvd player and it did not itit's I bought a internal drive for it no connector inside to hook it up I need a dvd connector how can I get one

How sure are you there's no connector?

Does the back of the DVD drive show the same SATA power and data connections?

When you shine a light into the slot do you see anything that matches this or is there simply nothing at all that would fit?

As said above you're pretty much SOL otherwise unless you contact Toshiba and there's some connector but frankly I think it would need to be there already.

*But why have the bay at all if it's useless? Something doesn't sound right here.
