HD through PC

I need to set up my PC so I can watch satellite channels

My connection is DSL 1 gig

I need to now the method and what component I should use to watch the channels in Full HD mode

I mean by component the receiver, motherboard, connection cables, graphic board, etc

One way is to get a Cable HD box with VGA or DVI output from you provider and connect to your monitor.

Second is to look for HD Video Tuner Card, check the requirements before buying them as they vary from one tuner card to another tuner card.
