Solved! Hdmi, PC, Receiver connection

Hello, I have a pioneer 821k and a laptop Probook, I play my movies using the laptop and sending the picture using the HDMI to the LG screen. However, when I pass it through the receiver first then to the screen, I see 1440*990 and no picture. I think it's the receiver failing to send such resolution. Please help, I want to enjoy the receiver ports

If you the set the HDMI output of the laptop as a 2nd display then you can change the video resolution to 1080p which should work through the receiver.
