i have 1 pc connect hdmi to tv and dvi to monitor, does this can make it to extend and does the sound will come out?

Please try to exlain it more detailed.

HDMI to TV is the common thing and sound should come out. Set the default audio device to your TV speakers in windows.

DVI to monitor is usually without sound.

my pc has only 1 hdmi and it is connect to tv, i want to make multiple display so i plan to buy 1 more monitor that will connect with dvi, does this situation can make the dual screen to extend?
and the sound will only get out from tv there right, so if i connect the speaker means there will be no problem?

Yes, that´s fine. You will be able to use HDMI and DVI for dual monitor setup.
