HDMI works for one, but not another

Just bought a GoGo Smart TV stick w/ an air mouse. Can't seem to get it hooked up to work. The HDMI works for a DVD, but It won't bring up home page interface for the gogo stick. Why?

Try a different HDMI input. Try it on another TV. Could be DOA.

I've tried it on another TV and also on all the different HDMI slots/inputs. All I get is "No Signal". My Blue-ray player works fine, so it's not the HDMI.

Got it boxed up...it's going back.
