HDTV random blink on pc

Hi guys I recently set up my hdtv as a monitor for my computer. I am using it at 720p 60hz it plays games just fine movies just fine but occassionally for no reason i can isolate it will have like a singular blink. My graphics card is a r7 260x and the tv is a philips 32inch

If it's whay I think you're experiencing, my six year old Olevia 232T does it as well. It's a very fast blink. It would be hard to notice if it didn't also make an audible sound; like an extremely fast power cycle. No idea what's causing it.

Oh. My HTPC runs an AMD Radeon HD4670

hm yea i mean it only happens once /twice a day and only if im watching really careful half the time id swear it was just me being aware of blinking
