Headphone mic attatchment? headset replacement?

Basically, headphones are cheaper and sound better

for example, the Razer Kraken, the "Pro" variant has a microphone and makes it £20 more on than the non-microphone version.


So yeah I think for that £20 saved I could buy a decent-ish microphone right?

I just can't find anything decent though, I saw on some video this guy mentioned a microphone that stuck to the earcup and the cable ran side-to-side with the headphone cable basically turning your headphones, into a headset.

Any ideas?

That lapel mic only works on recorders...?

It's a microphone and I think that it will work as such , as long as you have a place to plug it in it should work as a microphone. I don't see any controls on it so you would have to turn it on and off by a key on the keyboard and if not then maybe that's why they say it's for recorders.
