Headphone sound problems

I have downloaded some videos from youtube and i can see them properly but there are some audio problems.I can hear music in one earplug and dialogues in the other.What should i do to fix this problem?

I tried converting the video too.It didn't work.I guess there's some other problem.I hope one of you could help me with my problem.

This happens for every youtube video? Sometimes the makers of the video splice the audio into two different channels so they play in different ears.
