Headphones Producing Static Noise When Plugged Into PC

I have tried used different computers, etc and it's obviously not the headset itself. I, beforehand, had been under the assumption that it was my headset producing the static + the static coming through my microphone so I upgraded from my then Razer Krakens to my currently new Cloud Alphas.

I use the front jack because the back one produces unreal static in my microphone, leaving me unable communicate with mates half the time due to the extremely noisy static, but in this case, I myself cannot hear any static coming through my headset whatsoever.

The front ports are the other way around, I can hear static in my headset whereas, the microphone produces manageable static, one which my mates can handle most times.

I have a MSI B150M Bazooka Motherboard, not sure about my PSU (it was a prebuilt and didn't exactly look at my PSU), 1070, i7 6700 if that matters.

If you have time, disassemble the PC, and breadboard on cardboard, NOT ON CARPET!!!
Now if the buzzing is still produced i suspect on your PSU because of bad grounding, but try changing sockets in your house because moisture which is common in wall sockets near sea or when whole year is high moisture in air.
