Headphones too loud

I'm not sure if this is in the right section of the forum but I recently bought a pair of Razer Kraken 7.1 headphones and when I use them I have to have the system volume almost all the way down because of how loud they are. Is there a way to turn in down so I can adjust it more accurately without killing my ear drums

you can go in to sound by going to the start menu and typing sound then go in to the headphone and look for a volume setting this should just turn down your headphones! hope this helped!

are you using them in game? you can turn down your game volume.

do they have software? is there a volume control in there?

do the headphones have a volume knob on them?
