So I have HyperX Cloud headphones and I used them on the rear jack of my computer for a couple of months. Then I started to realize that a lot of the power/bass got lost in them. Thought they were maybe broken but plugging them in the front panel they worked flawlessly. Now the same thing is happening on the front jacks so is this a driver problem or something else?

P.S: I have updated the realtek driver to no avail.

1| Make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date.

2| Uninstall your audio drivers and reinstall the latest drivers for your audio card using an elevated command,
i.e:Right click installer>Run as Administrator

3| Speaking of audio, mind haring the make and model of your motherboard and are you dealing with the HyperX Cloud II or I headset?

1. I'm not sure how a BIOS might affect that considering it worked and stopped but will try.

2. Have tried that but without completely uninstalling the drivers so it might work.

3. My MB is an Asus Z87-K and I'm dealing with the Cloud I headset. :D
