Hello, I recently bought a new gaming pc and I have been running into a problem with my XO ONE headset. I bought a splitter/convert so that it is plugged into the "Mic in" and "Speaker" slot, but when I go into my Settings, my computer is detecting my headset as plugged in, but not picking up my voice (picks up the microphone if I tap anywhere on the headset but does not detect the actual microphone). I have messed around with the configurations to try and find a solution but nothing has worked. Please help

Headset: XO One Headset
Motherboard: TUF Z270 Mark 2

Check again that you got the correct adapter for your headset. You can't use a headphone splitter you need a 4 pole to dual 3 pole adapter, and there are two different types of 4 pole plugs where the ground is in a different place.
