Headset stops working if it comes unplugged

The micro USB connection into my headset is a little loose however i dont think thats the issue. when i first make a call in skype or some other program it works fine but when it comes unplugged i have to restart the program to be able to talk to people again.

It probably needs to re-detect the headset which it can not do on the fly. What do you mean by "when it comes unplugged"?

the micro USB is a loose fit after a few months. So if i move my head wrong it unplugs from the headset slightly.

I thing you need a new pair to fix your issue.
