Solution

OK, you said "you have purchased" which makes it sound like you just got it.

Look for an updated BIOS and chipset driver also if you did not install those.

A clean Windows setup may be a good thing to try, also RAM.

When installing the display card (intel hd 3000 ) and restart the laptop running the screen constant change between The native resolution 1366×768 and 800x600 And continue to the screen with closure and opening, this problem is not go away, but when I remove the definition graphics card (intel hd 3000 )

You might have to explain more detailed what is your problem. so is your screen constantly changing resolution? and when you disabled the intel igpu, it stopped the problem? if that is so, just disable the intel iGPU. while the power consumption will be higher, the dedicated nvidia gpu will usually be better in all other cases, unless you are planning to make this a note taking laptop that you want to survive on battery mode for hours.

You got the laptop used correct? Was it working when you got it? Did you get the drivers from Dell support site?
