Brother, currently my computer has a virus trojan but can't be scanned by software and I have reinstalled factory windows10 but still have a virus what should I do, please help me

Sorry about it it was my fault i deleted some files in HKMC. I think I'm obsessed with 2 mice appearing on the screen

The cause of the balck screen was me and I fixed it. I haven't had any mouse problems since scanning. Thank you for helping me.😊

That looks like a very worn out and used computer. I would replace the drive in it, clean it up inside and out, do a clean Windows setup and don't install anything else aside from the software you use that is well known. If you want an anti-virus scanner, use Malwarebytes. You are installing something to cause the issue or the system is just old and slow and can't run the software properly.
