Question Help about virus trojan

Brother, currently my computer has a virus trojan but can't be scanned by software and I have reinstalled factory windows10 but still have a virus what should I do, please help me

how do you know you have a virus/trojan?

1. they are edited and change locate my files
2. Add some file.txt in my desktop
3. When i connect internet it added cookies even though i wasn't search anything (i was using hitmanpro sacn it but 3-5min it coming back)

In general, when my computer connects to the network, there will be strange things. Plase help me 😢

what os? where did you get the installation media?
how are you connect to the network? no issue on other device connect to the same network?

I can see 7 icons on the desktop that not just chrome and MS team.
temp is just temp file and not on your desktop
cookie is use on a lot of site/page. including google search

Look like hardware issue.
what the dell model? could be hdd/ssd failing

When i open world mincrosoft it will show the same but $sw(name)
