Help between Asus or Dell

They both make fine laptops.
I personally would take the asus, because I know dell does alot of crap to their systems.

Tossup. I have an old Dell latitude 820 from ~2005 that still runs like a champ. I also have an Asus ultrabook that's a year old and runs like a champ.

The two laptops you listed are virtually identical, but Dell laptops have been around a long time. I'd go Dell.

Yeah I have an OG latitude as well that works fine but the HDD is corrupted now. Asus is my all time favorite brand though. THey are both reliable.. just dont get acer or HP/compaq.
