Help choosing Laptop (AMD or Nvidia)

Hello, so I am currently looking looking for a laptop for school and on the go gaming, I finally found something that I thought might work but, there are 2 options to choose from and I am not sure which to choose!

The laptop I am looking at is the dell inspiron 15 5000 gaming laptops.

The first option:

Knowing all of this, is it worth the extra 100 bucks to go nvidia or is the and a great deal?

I mostly want to do rocket league when waiting between classes, maybe a little 3d design (fusion 360)
And maybe some fps games


Please help me out, I feel like I'm going crazy trying to decide.

A 460 in a laptop? Didn't know that was possible.

The 460 desktop is neck and neck with 1050 mobile.

However, the 7300hq should be quite a bit faster than the AMD A10 9630P.
