help !!! i accidentaly deleted shell32.dll

hi! i downloaded mac theme on my windows 7. in 1-2 months i got tired and deleted the theme , but icons didn't delete.
i was dumb . somwhere in the internet i found guide called "how to install shell32.dll" . it said that i had to delete shell 32 and the install new shell 32 . i deleted it and now i can't start up my pc .
it is just stuck on welcome screen and says tha shel32.dll is missing help!!!!

Copy that file from a computer with the exact same version of Windows as yours, boot off a Linux Live CD, copy into your system. If that does not work, boot off your Windows disk and run a Repair Setup.
