HELP!!! I just upgrade cpu to i7 3740qm and pc wont run!! Please help

Hello i have HP 2570p with i7 3520m dual core.. i finally received the i7 3740qm quad core and plug it in.. im pretty sure i did everything good but when i turn on xonputer its making noise from cpu fan and then goes off and nothing happen...
please help me!! I dobt think the cpu is broken cause he has like 7k sells with 99.6% positive rating

No no dont worry about that its very popular to upgrade 2570p to 30XX QM serires.. a lot kf ppl did it... so listen guys i just plug the "old" cpu and its also not working so i guess its a good news that theres other problem... did i had to do something before pkuging the new cpu?

Did you apply any kind of thermal paste after installing the new CPU?

Fixed it! The screw wasnt full in!!! Haha
