Help Installing Speakers and amplifier?

Hi, I just recently got two JBL 8 ohm speakers. They take normal speaker wire, no rca connector. I am planning on making them work for essentially anything, whether for guitar, TV, computer, or 3.5mm (3.5mm isn't that much of a worry, I have a 1/4 to 3.5mm adapter). I am guessing that this is done through hooking the speakers up to a central amplifier, and then have the input of the amplifier go to a splitter that has 1/4 connectors, spdif connectors, RCA connectors, etc. Can someone please tell me if this is a correct way to do it/cheap amplifiers and splitters to do so, or if there is a cheaper or more efficient alternative way to do this?

You would want to look for an amp that has multiple inputs for al lthe connectors you want.

thank you very much, that looks great! I will look into other mini amplifiers similar to that and will begin to put these speakers to good use
