Forget the second one because of the weaker processor and less recent GTA graphics. Looking at laptop #1, specs are pretty much the same as #3 except it has 4GB more RAM but a less powerful graphics card. That being said, #3 has 4GB less RAM and a more powerful graphics card. You need to decide whether or not you want the better graphics card in #3 or double the RAM in #1.
The reason not to take #2 is because of the "U" processor which is more weak and won't come to your benefit unless your main goal is power-saving. Personally I would take #1 because Intel HD Graphics 4600 are the best of the Intel graphics (excluding the ones in Macbooks) and the 4GB extra RAM will really be to your benefit.
