My MSI GT70 for the past while has been freezing, sometimes on startup just after login others more randomly. The laptop will freeze and not recover if left so I will have to force power it down. The BSOD I've been experiencing seem to be solely caused by launching World Of Warcraft. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the program etc. Launching it in 32 bit appeared to work but I recently had a problem in that too.

I decided to check for problems with programs for ram and cpu and Intel Processor Diagnostics Tool failed and the following is the results. Any help at all is much appreciated as my unit is outside warranty now and I don't have the money to spend on repairs especially if they're unnecessary.

UPDATE: Blue screen this time while playing State Of Decay, error message
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed

The higher detected frequency is due to the CPU's Turbo frequency, check ark - http://ark.intel.com/products/64899/Intel-Core-i7-3610QM-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_30-GHz - within spec :) When exactly does it freeze up during the launch? have you recently updated your drivers? I would do that, and also run MemTest86+ for good measure... But if it is isolated to games then I would first unistall your display driver with DDU ( msconfig> safeboot> then use DDU to unistall drivers) reinstall the latest Nvidia driver... also are you using the GPU boost feature that the GT series has?
