HELP! My tablet does not turn on!

A friend of mine just gave me his tablet after few day he just plugged it on another friend's home with other charger.He said that the icons were moving randomly on the screen and then after a reboot it worked.When I'm writing this it is 1% battery and keeps rebooting when it's plugged in.Sorry for my bad english! The tablet is a Lenovo one,sorry but I do not know the model.Thanks for help!

Try a factory reset, if that does not help, it's likely a hardware issues on the system board or charger port.

Please press down the power button for 15 seconds, then it will restart.
